Lee Ruble is definitely not someone i would want to do business with. He is rude, doesn't care, and obviously does not contact the office or read the account information before making any inquiry. He threatens you in uncalled for situations. Katie was understanding of certain things, but when she was advised of the threats it didn't seem liked she cared. And the price was outrageous just to peel off a piece of paint from my house. Not worth going to them.

Lee was very professional and thorough in his inspections. He not only presented his findings in a clear and understanding way, but he also gave instructions on how to properly use equipment in our property which we were not familiar with. The inspector spent a full workday on the inside and outside evaluation of our property and the report is very detailed with instructions for how to repair or improve the noted deficiencies. The report includes photos and also explanations of official guidelines or requirements. This is helpful in knowing what a prospective buyer would be informed about with an inspection.We also appreciated the walkthrough with the inspector after he had posted the report. This way it was possible to address possible questions and get an overall personal appraisal from the inspector as well as a much appreciated opinion of how to move forward.

Moving to a new area where you do not know anyone and then purchasing a home can be a bit daunting. However, my realtor set me up with BENT NAIL for my home inspection. I met Lee on the property the day of the inspection and he really took as much time as was needed to walk me through and show me all items of concern on the property. There was plenty of time for me to ask questions and for him to elaborate on remedies/causes/etc. Lee even phoned me after the written report was sent to see if I had any further questions regarding their findings. I have not seen or heard of an inspection company that puts more detail and care into their inspection service than Bent Nail. They utilizes the latest technologies and inspection methods including drones for roofs and crawl spaces. The inspection report is extensive and highly detailed, and provides recommendations for corrective actions. My wife and I had Lee come out for an inspection on a home we are thinking about buying and he was very very thorough and informative. He found alot of things on the home that needs to be fixed and it was a very detailed report, which we actually shared with the homeowner.
